Our patent attorneys, Masahiro Nanjo, Hokuto Hara, and Ayako Seta have served as counsel for the patent holder in the invalidation trial pertaining to the Request for Invalidation Trial against Japanese Patent No. 4,376,630.
Therein, the Japan Patent Office issued a trial decision rejecting the Request for Invalidation Trial against this patent (Invalidation No. 2020-800034, October 27, 2021).
