Our patent attorneys, Masahiro Nanjo and Ayako Seta, have received a favorable decision at the JPO invalidation trial in the case pertaining to the invalidation trial request against Japanese Patent No. 4,376,630.

Our patent attorneys, Masahiro Nanjo, Hokuto Hara, and Ayako Seta have served as counsel for the patent holder in the invalidation trial pertaining to the Request for Invalidation Trial against Japanese Patent No. 4,376,630. Therein, the Japan Patent Office issued a trial decision rejecting the Request for Invalidation Trial against this patent (Invalidation No. 2020-800034, October 27, 2021).

Masahiro Nanjo was appointed as a research committee member at the Central Research Institute of Intellectual Property of the Japan Patent Attorneys Association.

Masahiro Nanjo was appointed as a research committee member at the Central Research Institute of Intellectual Property of the Japan Patent Attorneys Association.  The research theme is “Inventive Step – further research-” (chaired by Professor Ryu Takabayashi of Waseda University).  The term of appointment is from October 1st, 2014 to March 31st, 2016.
